William Lesney brings this direct appeal arguing that the trial court's decision to give him and his co-defendant eight joint peremptory challenges denied him his constitutional right to equal protection of the laws.1 Because we find that he did not properly preserve the issue of the constitutionality of the statute in question, and we do not find merit in the defendant's other arguments...
