Plaintiff appeals from a judgment dismissing his action for loss of consortium predicated on allegations that his wife suffered injuries from unwanted and offensive sexual conduct that occurred in her workplace. The trial court granted defendants' motions to dismiss under ORCP 21 A(8). We reverse in part and affirm in part.
