Defendant's motion for summary judgment is granted.

BACKGROUND

Plaintiff, Beaverton Toyota, Inc. (Beaverton), argues that ORS 650.150 precludes defendant, Toyota Motor Distributors, Inc. (Toyota), from appointing a replacement dealer in Hillsboro, Oregon.
