Defendant Elmer Perkins appeals from a judgment of the district court wherein he was convicted of conspiracy to possess marijuana with intent to distribute it, a violation of 21 U.S.C. § 846, and possession of marijuana with intent to distribute it, a violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1).
