The court of appeals in In re the Marriage of Cargill and Rollins, 826 P.2d 387 (Colo.App.1991), reversed the judgment of the district court which had reinstated a maintenance award. The court of appeals concluded that the husband's maintenance obligation terminated upon the remarriage of the wife and could not be revived upon the annulment of that marriage.
