Vladimir Cedano-Rojas (Cedano) was indicted on one count of conspiracy to distribute ten kilograms of cocaine and one count of possession with intent to distribute one kilogram of cocaine as a result of a "reverse-buy" undercover operation. After a jury trial, Cedano was acquitted on the conspiracy charge but convicted on the possession count.
