Caroline Palmer (Palmer) appeals from the district court's order granting summary judgment to David R. Samuelsen (Samuelsen) in a legal malpractice claim. Palmer's claims against Samuelsen arose out of a divorce proceeding in which Samuelsen was her attorney. Palmer argues that there were genuine issues of material fact concerning her claim that Samuelsen was negligent when he drafted a power of attorney and failed to provide sufficient options...
