This is an appeal by defendants Stephen and Joan E. Carp ("the Carps") of the denial of their Dist./Mun. Cts. R. Civ. P., Rule 60 motion for relief from a judgment entered pursuant to their agreement for the same.
This action was filed in 1989 upon multiple claims against the Carps which included their default on two promissory notes and breach of a contract for the construction and sale of a house. Two years of needlessly protracted pretrial proceedings...
