The Appellate Division reviews the allowance of defendant's Motion for Summary Judgment. We find no error.
The plaintiff commenced this action to recover for damages and personal injuries allegedly sustained as a result of a motor-vehicle collision in which the defendant was the operator of the other motor vehicle.
