PERRY, Judge.

This is an appeal from the denial of Gregory Nelson's application for post-conviction relief following an evidentiary hearing. In ruling on the application, the district court held that Nelson had not met his burden of proof as to the allegations made in his application and had failed to state a claim which entitled him to relief. We affirm.
