Juan Garcia and Wilfredo Torres were arrested when police discovered two hundred and sixty pounds of marijuana in their truck's cab. Mr. Torres gave a full confession and told police that Mr. Garcia was ignorant of the marijuana's presence in the truck and Mr. Torres' plan to distribute it.
