PER CURIAM.

Plaintiffs appeal as of right a circuit court order of partial summary disposition in favor of defendants. Defendant, Penelope Bailer, cross appeals the circuit court's failure to grant summary disposition in her favor with regard to count four of plaintiffs' complaint, which charges Bailer with racial discrimination in violation of the Civil Rights Act.
