This is a driver's license suspension case. A Boundary County magistrate ordered Daniel F. Mackey's driving privileges suspended because Mackey refused to perform a breath test for alcohol after being arrested for driving under the influence. On intermediate appeal, the district court affirmed. We also affirm.
