In this action plaintiff seeks review of the trial court Order dismissing the action for lack of jurisdiction. The plaintiff filed suit against defendant James Costello and the City of Boston in the Boston Municipal Court for negligence and violation of G.L.c. 93A. The plaintiff claimed that defendant Costello negligently operated a motor vehicle owned by the City of Boston and injured her.
