Plaintiff, a Washington corporation, sued defendant Rhett Votaw & Co. (Votaw), a California corporation, for breach of contract. Votaw moved to dismiss for lack of personal jurisdiction, and submitted a supporting affidavit. Votaw's motion was granted, and plaintiff appeals.
