Howard Vaughn was found guilty by a jury of three counts of lewd conduct with a minor. I.C. § 18-1508. The district court sentenced Vaughn to a unified ten-year period of incarceration with a fixed five-year term, on each count, to be served concurrently. Vaughn appeals, contending that several errors were committed which warrant a reversal of his conviction on the three counts, or alternatively, justify a remand order for a new trial...
