This case represents an appeal of two orders. The first order denied the Trustee's Motion to Approve Compromise of Controversy with Debtor Laurence W. Watts ("Watts"). The second, issued sua sponte, prohibited Watts from expending any funds received from pre-petition contingent fee contracts and required him to deposit such funds into the registry of the court pending a determination of the bankruptcy estate's interest...
