MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

This Memorandum Opinion constitutes the findings of fact and conclusions of law of the Court, after trial to the bench. Plaintiff, Lawrence Johnson, an African American man, has filed this lawsuit against his former employer, Northwest Airlines, alleging intentional racial discrimination, in violation of Title VII of the Civil rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. Section 2000e et seq.
