Adkins and twelve other dairy truck drivers sought to appeal the district court's dismissal of their clients' age discrimination suit, they filed a notice of appeal captioned "DONALD LEROY ADKINS, et al., Plaintiffs vs. SAFEWAY STORES, INC., et al., Defendants."
