We review the convictions of Luvenia H. Winfield and her son, Roosevelt Winfield, for various crimes involving drugs proceeds. Both Luvenia and Roosevelt argue that the evidence produced at trial was insufficient to support their convictions under 18 U.S.C. § 371 and 31 U.S.C. §§ 5322 and 5324 for conspiracy to violate the currency transaction reporting ("CTR") requirements.
