The City of Lakin appeals the district court's affirmance of the administrative tribunal's findings that Ronald L. Vanover was entitled to unemployment benefits.

We affirm.

The facts are not in dispute. Vanover was employed by the City of Lakin from June 3, 1991, through September 20, 1991. Vanover was then employed at a local business for a short period of time, after which he filed a claim for unemployment benefits. Vanover's position...
