This statutory interpleader action comes before the Court on cross-motions for summary judgment and on plaintiff's motion for default judgment against defendant Roche. The summary judgment motions raise issues concerning the proper scope of federal interpleader. Upon review, the Court grants defendants' motion for summary judgment and dismisses the case.
