JAK Productions, Inc. ("JAK") raised funds for various police organizations nationwide. John Keller, the company's president, hired Edward J. Wiza, III, who signed an employment agreement that included a covenant not to compete. After two and one-half years Wiza quit and formed his own company, taking some of JAK's customers with him.
