Defendant appeals from his convictions for second degree murder, two counts of tampering with evidence, and conspiracy to tamper with evidence. He raises five issues on appeal: (1) error in failing to grant a motion for new trial based on the State's suppression of material evidence; (2) error in failing to grant a motion for new trial based on the recantation of testimony by the State's key witness; (3) admission of evidence...
