ALARID, Judge.

Defendants appeal the dismissal of their district court de novo appeals for failure to appear at the time of trial. Each Defendant argues that the district court's decision to dismiss his appeal for failure to appear was an abuse of discretion. Defendants Wilson and Saavedra filed a motion to consolidate their cases for appeal. The State moved to consolidate Defendant Mageli's appeal with the appeals of Wilson and Saavedra....
