The petitioner appeals from the judgment of the habeas court dismissing his petition for a writ of habeas corpus. On appeal, the petitioner asserts that the habeas court improperly concluded that (1) he had failed to satisfy the relevant test for evaluating recantation testimony, (2) the acts or omissions of his trial attorney did not deny him his constitutional right to the effective assistance of counsel, and (3) the evidence of guilt presented at trial...
