This action was instituted by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission ("EEOC") on February 1, 1991. The EEOC alleged in its complaint that the Defendant discriminated on the basis of sex in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1967, as amended, 42 U.S.C. § 2000(e) et seq.
