Defendant Jo Lynn Patty appeals the restitution portion of her sentence, claiming that the district court improperly included attorney fees and prejudgment interest in its restitution order as to certain victims, that the government failed to show that Defendant's fraudulent acts caused some of the victims' losses, and that the sentencing court abused its discretion in determining that Defendant had the ability to pay the restitution award...
