In August 1989, appellants, Cebe Loomis and her sons Andrew Loomis, Christian Loomis, and Just Loomis (collectively, "the Loomises"), enlisted the services of respondent Lange Financial Corporation ("LFC"), a California brokerage firm, to find a buyer for four parcels which the Loomises owned in downtown Reno.
