HANSEN, Circuit Judge.

Diane Lynn Cordova entered a conditional guilty plea to one count of possession with intent to distribute heroin in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1) and 18 U.S.C. § 2. Pursuant to the plea agreement, Cordova reserved the right to appeal the district court's1 denial of her pretrial motion to suppress. We affirm.
