Larry Logan was convicted on two counts of distribution of cocaine base (crack). Kelvin Rascoe and Tammy Felton were both convicted of possession with intent to distribute more than 5 grams of cocaine base. Corin Robinson was found guilty of possession with intent to distribute more than 5 grams...
