Plaintiff and Counterclaim Defendant/Appellant, John O. Denbo, appeals the district court's judgment following a jury verdict finding him liable as a responsible person who willfully failed to pay over payroll withholding taxes under 26 U.S.C. § 6672.1 For the reasons stated below, we affirm.
