This case arises out of the sale of a mobile home that was allegedly too tall and too wide for legal transport. Plaintiff Dale Roehm brought this diversity action against three defendants. Counts I, II, and III are claims of fraud and breach of warranties against North Country Homes by Taylor, Inc. (North Country) from which plaintiff purchased the mobile home.
