Plaintiff, Joseph Trombatore, appeals from the ruling of the Office of Worker's Compensation Administration (OWCA) in favor of defendant, Saia Motor Freight Line, Inc., granting defendant's exception of lack of subject matter jurisdiction and dismissing plaintiff's claim for retaliatory discharge.
