Appellants Lohrey Enterprises, Inc., Electronic Valet Systems, Inc., David Lohrey, and Nathan Pang (collectively, "Lohrey") appeal from the award of attorneys' fees to Stanton Road under section 107(a)(4)(B) of the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act of 1980, as amended ("CERCLA"), 42 U.S.C. § 9607(a)(4)(B).
