NORRIS, Judge.

Louisiana Power and Light ("LP & L") appeals a judgment denying its reconventional demand for injunctive relief and declaring that its powerline servitude on the Broomfields' property was lost by 10 years of nonuse. For the reasons expressed, we affirm.

Factual background

The property in question sits on the east side of U.S. Highway 167 near Dodson in Winn Parish. The highway right-of-way extends 50' each way from the centerline...
