The plaintiff, John Bosworth, applies for a preliminary injunction under Fed.R.Civ.P. 65. One of the defendants, John Scalice, moves to compel arbitration under the Federal Arbitration Act, 9 U.S.C. § 1 et seq., and to stay this action pending the arbitration.
