A jury found defendant Terry Davis guilty of unlawful delivery of a controlled substance within 1,000 feet of property owned by a public housing agency. (Ill. Rev.Stat.1991, ch. 56½, par. 1407(b)(2).) The trial court sentenced defendant to eight years of imprisonment.
