The Parish of Jefferson (Parish) appeals from a judgment granting a peremptory Exception of Prescription under La.R.S. 9:5625(A), filed by defendant, Fred Jacobs, in a zoning violation dispute. We affirm, finding that the trial judge did not err in determining that the defendant operated a school bus repair business continuously, prior to and following actual knowledge by the Parish of the violation of the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of Jefferson...
