Defendant, Mark Gengler, was found guilty of the unlawful possession of a converted vehicle (Ill.Rev.Stat. 1989, ch. 95½ par. 4-103(a)(1) (now codified, as amended, at 625 ILCS 5/4-103(a)(1) (West 1992))), and the trial court sentenced him to a term of probation. Defendant appeals his conviction and raises two issues for review: (1) whether the jury instructions failed...
