BRYNER, Chief Judge.
Following a jury trial, Phillip J. Wickham was convicted of one count of manslaughter and one count of third-degree assault. In this appeal, Wickham argues that the trial court erred in allowing him to be impeached by evidence of two prior convictions that should have been set aside due to Wickham's successful completion of probation after he had received a suspended imposition of sentence for the prior offenses.
