In this declaratory action seeking interpretation of a 1989 settlement of litigation and disputes between plaintiffs, who sold gas from several wells to defendant under earlier contracts containing a "take or pay" provision, the plaintiffs appeal a summary judgment in favor of defendant. Plaintiffs also contend that their motion for summary judgment should have been granted.
