George J. Trepal (Trepal) appeals his first-degree murder conviction and death sentence. We have jurisdiction. Art. V, § 3(b)(1), Fla. Const. We affirm.

Trepal was convicted of the first-degree murder of Peggy Carr.1 Trepal also was convicted of six counts of attempted first-degree murder (other members of the Carr household), seven counts of poisoning food or water...
