In these two consolidated cases, the principal antagonists are the Guilbeaus, Ola and Kenneth, and the LaFleurs, Frankie J. and Ella Mae. The Guilbeaus are owners of 20% of the stock in a closely held corporation, Carencro Nursing Home, Inc. The corporation owns and runs Evangeline Oaks Guest House.
