The issue in this case is whether the lower court lawfully acquired personal jurisdiction over appellant under Florida's long-arm statute, Section 48.193(1)(e), Florida Statutes (1991). Appellant, Walter P. Bofonchik, contends that the trial court erred by denying his motion to dismiss for lack of personal jurisdiction in regard to his former wife's action to establish a foreign decree and to modify child support.
