COMPTON, Justice.

This case arises out of a will contest between Ruth McCoy's sole beneficiary, Hugh Cannon, and her sister, Rozena Stonefield. After a unanimous jury verdict in favor of Stonefield, Cannon appeals the trial court's formulation of the jury instruction on the issue of undue influence, as well as the trial court's decision to disqualify Cannon's attorney on ethical grounds.
