AMI sought compensation pursuant to the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act of 1980 (CERCLA), 42 U.S.C. § 9601 et seq., and pursuant to pendent state law causes of action for unjust enrichment and quasi-contractual damages...
