No. 93-01590.

627 So.2d 1341 (1993)

Guy J. NOEGEL, Appellant, v. FLORIDA UNEMPLOYMENT APPEALS COMMISSION and Burdines, Inc., Appellees.

District Court of Appeal of Florida, Second District.

December 22, 1993.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Philip R. Maiorca, Fort Myers, for appellant.

John D. Maher, Tallahassee, for Florida Unemployment Appeals Com'n.

PER CURIAM.

We reverse the order of the Unemployment Appeals Commission which dismissed Guy Noegel's appeal as untimely filed. The Commission concedes that Noegel is entitled to a hearing to determine whether he received the appeals referee's decision in time to seek appellate review within the limits established by section 443.151(4)(b), Florida Statutes (1993).
