In this action involving disputed rights to an easement across certain real property, defendants, Nicole Renea and Sonya Ann Thompson, appeal the judgment granting an easement of necessity across portions of their property to plaintiff, Helen E. Whinnery. Defendants also appeal the trial court's denial of their cross-claim alleging title by adverse possession to portions of plaintiff's property.
