Plaintiff, Abbott-Interfast Corporation (Abbott), sued defendant, Frank Harkabus, a former employee, for violating a noncompetition agreement. The trial court granted Harkabus' motion for judgment on the pleadings on the ground that the noncompetition agreement was an unenforceable restraint on trade.
